Chris and Becky gave us a reasonable - and accurate - estimate, answered all our questions and kept us informed throughout. The documentation for the move was accessible and easy to understand. She gave me two bids that she had received from local movers, I reviewed them, and reached out to the representatives. The only representative who contacted me back was Bryan at Chipman. And Bryan went above and beyond to assist me in helping my cousin with her move. First time using a relocation service and I'm definitely not a pro mover (I just did witness some pros), but Chipman was an awesome experience. It all started with a thorough estimate with Chris with a competitive price and was followed up by coordinator Becky. The communication was marvelous as questions came up for us and just checking in on us (prior to, during and after the move). The move crew, Isaak and the crews in 2 states, were phenomenal. They were fast, careful and professional. I highly recommend Chipman for any move and they were worth every penny. The number of painless, successful moves and satisfied customers speaks to the experience that Chipman and its representatives have. I moved from California to Texas, and a friend had recommended Mayflower… Mayflower was Wonderful, wonderful!! A great experience…Becky coordinates from the office and Bryan came out and went through my house to give me a great quote… my driver of this huge Mayflower truck was named Stephanie, she was beyond amazing coordinating in California and in Texas and this team in particular Chipman relocation and logistics… I highly recommend them all!!
After initially calling Mayflower, Chipman Relocation contacted me for our move from Costa Mesa, CA to Mansfield, OH. Bryan conducted our virtual survey and we worked with Rebecca as well. Both terrific professionals who dotted the I's and crossed the T's. The real player we personally worked with was Izaak and his teams at both locations. Professional and courteous with no dilly dally! They took great care packing our possessions and kept us informed of the entire evolution. The offload was expeditious into our storage location. My wife and I only need to point at what items we would need sooner than later and they put them near the front! Our hats are off to the entire Mayflower/Chipman Relocation team! Thank you for making a potentially stressful move nearly effortless!
