I had the absolute best experience with On Call Moving! From the initial phone call through the actual move the service was great. Albert and every employee was kind, understanding and completely professional, The movers were so careful, fast and knowledgeable. It also helped that their rates were by far the lowest price and they delivered excellent service. I cannot recommend them more highly.
The rudest employees I've ever encountered. While moving a neighbor backed into my father's tree in his front yard no major damage but broke some branches and when we came out to inspect they laughed at us for being bothered by the damage. They moved the truck that broke the tree branch and I parked there , they came up and asked me to move so I moved my vehicle , they then proceeded to pulling there moving truck so close to my truck I could barley get out to intimidate me and ask me " if I have a problem " . Definetly not who you want representing your company. I would look elsewhere for movers
On Call Moving & Storage is highly recommended for your move out of state. They were reasonably priced, professionally packed my items, and were on time in both locations with very little wait time in between. After vetting many companies and reading many horror stories, they removed much of the stress/worry from my “marathon move”. Registration, insurance, logistics, a 26’ truck with their company name on it, and more than enough supplies to complete the packing process, all checked out. A word of advice in retrospect: Pack your own items, if you can, you’ll save some money and avoid searching for things at your destination. I’m still looking for my TV remote. A very special thanks to Luis and Albert for making this all happen on such short notice, and to my two crews, Max, Manuel, Mary, Ruby, Rafael, Mike, Manny, and especially Robert, my truck driver in both locations.
