College Hunks did not make the very first appointment I scheduled for a walk through, still I gave them another try thinking there was some miscommunication and even when they didn’t make the SECOND scheduled appointment, I gave them a third try. What a disappointment with this truly unprofessional company to not even return calls or show up to customer appointments. This company is seriously a ridiculous joke.

I have used College Hunk before but this was the first time I had a worse than bad experience. There were many things that went wrong.
1. I never received the 3 wardrobe boxes for my clothes. Now they must be packed and moved. I have pictures of my clothes still sitting in my closet.
2. I had a furniture dresser that was placed at the dumpster as trash. It now has to be moved in a separate trip. I must pay for somebody to load this on a truck and it be taken to my final destination. I MUST PAY FOR THIS! I have pictures of this dresser sitting at the dumpster.
3. When I got to my final destination, the unloaders were so upset at what they saw. They barely got the door open. They had to asked me to be responsible for them to open U Haul back door if they warped it, because the items were on the door. I have pictures of how this atrocity looked. The other moving company took pictures and reported the incident to their bosses.
4. I ask for a box with my medication to be packed in the Cab of the U Haul truck. It was packed in the nose of the trailer among many other boxes. I did become sick and was able to procure another prescription from the Walgreen’s I used for seven years. I suffered for several hours. I have proof from Walgreen’s of the extra prescription filled on Saturday, July 5th. This angered me the most.

I am now forced to pay a mover to get the dresser and clothes to my final destination. THIS IS A SEPARATE COST!
I cannot believe this is the company I once believed in and trusted.

I am thankful to the College Hunks in Crowley, Texas. They took superior care of me. Plus offered me to be able to pay by Zelle.

The College Hunk in Plano, Texas with Fernando and his Team needs the franchise taken away. I should not have had to pay for this poor service and now for an entirely separate mover to do what you failed to do.

We recently had the pleasure of working with College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving, and they truly exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free.

Perhaps most importantly, their pricing model was a pleasant surprise. Their fees were clear, fair, and easy to understand. There were no hidden expenses or last-minute surprises, which made budgeting for the move so much easier.

The movers themselves were nothing short of phenomenal. Their courtesy and professionalism were evident in every interaction, and the extra care they took with our property was deeply appreciated. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and handled with the utmost precision. Not only did they handle the move within the same town, but they also took care of hauling away items we wanted to donate at an acceptable price. This added convenience made our lives so much easier during what is typically a chaotic time.

Despite the movers taking every precaution to protect our furniture, one item did sustain irreparable damage. However, the College Hunks team stepped in to rectify the issue, making sure we were compensated and cared for.

All in all, I cannot recommend College Hunks enough. They turned what is often a stressful experience into a smooth and even enjoyable process. If you’re looking for a moving company that values professionalism, fairness, and customer care, College Hunks is worth your consideration.

I will NEVER recommend this moving company to anyone. Used them on our recent move & the service from the management worker that day was absolutely horrendous.
They left with our entire home in the U-HAUL and disappeared for 2 hours. The manager ignored and declined our calls the entire time and gave us no update. They finally showed up and she gave excuse after excuse. Blaming things on other people and talking bad about other workers. She caused a scene outside of our new home & was extremely rude.
The movers we had at the end of our move were great but the movers at the beginning were horrendous. They were overbooked and extremely tired. The manager that day was absolutely terrible and I will go out of my way to make sure no one ever uses this company to avoid the headache that we had.
The movers kept saying that she is like this every weekend and causes trouble with everyone.

Amazing services! Kenneth and Matua were so gentle with our antique pieces. We will be calling them when we move our pieces back into our home. They were VERY kind and super helpful.
