By far the worst moving experience I’ve had. Hiring movers is supposed to alleviate stress during the moving process and it did not.

They are definitely not professional movers. They didn’t introduce themselves upon arrival. They didn’t have tools to disassemble my bed. Didn’t wrap all my furniture. One of the movers took a piece of my sectional down the stairs by himself. They were supposed to come back the next day to move my bed and did not.

I reached out to the owner to discuss a partial refund and never received a response. I feel that time was wasted looking for tools to take my bed apart, arguing, and complaining. Lesson learned. I will never hire movers from Groupon again.
