This company and its employees truly lived up to their name! I had three men move my belongings, and they were absolutely OUTSTANDING. Their communication was excellent, and they were very respectful throughout the entire process.

They arrived promptly and worked with urgency while still handling my items with great care. They paid attention to the small details and were very mindful of my time. When my sofa turned out to be too tall for the elevator, they showed so much patience and professionalism while figuring it out.

Moving from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor is no easy task, but they didn’t complain once. Instead, they made me feel completely at ease during the entire move.

I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know who’s moving.

I did not ask them to cover my loss; I only asked to have my tip returned. They were rushing and not paying attention to my furniture, and they do not deserve a tip. However, they refused to refund it.

If you have high-value furniture, think twice before hiring them. They rush to finish the job and try to move large, heavy items all at once just to get to the next job as quickly as possible.

I had no concern that they would show up as planned because he kept up consistent and professional communication. I even had to reschedule and it was no problem at all. ??

The night before, he sent me a text message with his arrival time the next day. As planned, they showed up on time. His crew were super courteous and took care to handle my things gently and with care. ?? I even had an extremely heavy (and expensive) massage chair that they moved without issue. ?? They absolutely took the stress out of move day and I can’t say enough how much that helped! ?? Absolutely recommend!!! ??????????
