Our move was seamless from start to finish. Communication between them* and us throughout the process was perfect.*Kris was our initial contact, he provided a very thorough estimate, and beat all the other estimates by a LOT! Scarlett, our move coordinator, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and pleasant to speak with. Felix was our driver and he was excellent leading the guys doing the heavy lifting at both ends, and keeping us informed about any issues or specific details we needed to know. I would not hesitate to call this company again, or to recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company! We could not be more pleased with how they made a stressful move a lot less stressful!
We had a wonderful experience with North American Van Lines! The team was professional, thorough, careful, and fast-moving. They had someone come out and assess our home to give a proper quote, stored our items for several weeks while our new home was not yet ready, and efficiently moved our items. We chose to include the packing service which was impeccable. It is SO worth it!!!We appreciated that they were very transparent throughout the process and were up front about everything. They gave great care and everyone who packed and moved us made us feel comfortable during the process. Moving during the holidays can be stressful but they made it very easy. We will happily use them again for our next move!
We were very pleased with our moving experience. Our long haul driver Brandon is a rock star and deserves much praise. Very transparent on all aspects of our move. He checked in to confirm our move date and time for both pick up (loading) and delivery (off loading) with follow up post service to ensure our satisfaction. Scarlett from the office was very helpful with the initial coordination. She offered us boxes at no additional cost / used boxes, but we did not care. This was not expected, but greatly appreciated. I found the entire process to be very easy. The quote was honest and fair. The loaders, movers and driver were incredibly professional and moved cross country with no instances of any hiccups.Promised times were repeatedly met by all people in the process which was truly appreciated since I was already out of my original house needing to work on tight windows of availability.
I was extremely worried with having another long distance move and the possibility of getting burned like we did with our last move. But our move with Ward North American was so easy and everything went perfect. Lots of communication with the estimator, the driver and the admin in the office. Our driver Steve was beyond great! The price was as quoted, the pick up was on time to the hour and the delivery was on time to the hour as well. We paid for the packing service and everything made it from dallas to Jacksonville unharmed and unmanaged including fragile wine glasses. And they were QUICK too! I cannot say enough great things about this company!
