We are very happy for choosing Einstein moving company. The process was smooth from beginning with a very responsive back office. The movers came on time and they worked really hard and you could see that they were pushing to have everything done in the estimated time. We had a small incident where the leg of one of the cabinets was damaged but the claim department was very professional, and the settlement was as expected. We really recommend them and we hope that everyone that chooses them will have the same great experience as we had.

After a quick walkthrough of what needed to be moved and the access points, it was obvious they were true professionals. They each grabbed a bar stool and got started without hesitation.They completed the move efficiently and with care. Upon delivery, they even went above and beyond by assembling the bed frames so everything could be placed exactly where it needed to go. Absolutely the best. Einstein movers were extremely communicative throughout the whole experience. A big thank you to Edward W. & Anthony R. You guys were a life saver. Very professional but also so friendly and easy to work with. Very thoughtful and carful when packing up our belongings. We moved from Austin to Jonestown and they both worked so hard to make sure we stayed within the quoted time it would take for the move. They made our moving day run smooth and with smiles on all our faces. Thanks again for everything. This was my first experience with Einstein Movers, and I was impressed. Communication was excellent from the time I called the Leander location to schedule to receiving my emailed invoice, with everyone involved acting in a very professional but friendly manner. Joe M. and Mark P. arrived early and loaded a 10x15 storage unit in 2 hours, taking great care to protect all items in the move. The unload was completed quickly with everything placed where we asked. Very pleased with this experience. I will use Einstein Smart Move for any future moving needs.
