We had a super good experience with Matt, Caden and Shay as our movers. They were on time, very personable and worked their bums off! All day!! We enjoyed them and felt comfortable with our items. They kept us in the loop on what was going what, time frames etc. nothing broken or damaged. I would highly recommend this company for your move! Request Matthew! He is a great leader for his team.
The only complaint I have came at the very end when we were given the invoice. While the guys were packing up blankets and their truck, I was talking to Matt and my husband was on his way to pay. The main office tacked on another $50! We felt that was not right. Matt even called to argue it but they refused to remove the $50.
In then end, we got moved and the guys made it all happen. Thanks AZ Movers!

AZ Move Masters were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, diligent, and highly communicative throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how they used transcripts to clearly outline expectations so everything stayed perfectly on track. That is a surprise, never had any company protect us like that! They even brought door and floor protectors, which showed how serious they are about keeping both your home and your belongings safe.
Not only were the movers incredibly careful with all of my items, but they also maintained a positive, professional attitude the whole time. I honestly haven’t met a better-run crew in all of our many previous moves. They even accommodated holding my property overnight, which gave my family real peace of mind, and went the extra mile by helping me grab a few bins from my 250 sq. ft. storage unit.

These gays are the best you can get. The came last minute and did an amazing job. Zak and Damian were very professional and they made sure all of our furniture was properly protected they even put together our three piece couch without being asked. 10 out of ten would recommend. Plus they had the lowest price.

Do NOT use this company. My experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing, and the lack of customer service afterward has been even worse.

After raising major concerns—including incorrect billing—they told me they would follow up. They never did. Over the past month I have tried to contact them more than 20 times through every phone number listed on their website/Google as well as by email. I have received no response whatsoever.

I originally asked for quotes for two options:
- A full move of my 2-bedroom apartment
- Moving only large furniture
The pricing seemed reasonable, so I chose the full move. Unfortunately, everything after that point went downhill.

Major Issues With the Move
1. Unprofessional movers: I’ve used moving companies before, and this team did not operate like trained professionals. They moved extremely slowly, lacked urgency, and one mover seemed unsure of what to do without being directed every few minutes. They were also careless with things (hence the picture of my bed that is folded in half and left there for 2 hours)

2. Late arrival (and still billed from the original time): They were scheduled for 9 AM and didn’t arrive until 10 AM—but my bill still reflected a 9 AM start time.

3. Wrong truck: They showed up with the wrong truck, which couldn’t fit into the loading dock. This forced them to park on the street instead of directly by the reserved elevator, adding unnecessary time and inefficiency.

4. Disappeared for 45+ minutes: They claimed the delay was due to an elevator issue. When I confirmed with my property management, the elevator issue lasted only 5–10 minutes, not 45.

5. Incorrect billing and missing discounts: They failed to apply the October special discount that was included in my original quote.

6. Excessively long move: It took them 8.5 hours to move a well-organized 2-bedroom apartment into a single-story home—with an elevator reserved the entire time. This is significantly longer than any comparable move I’ve done.

I even called the company during the move to express concerns, and nothing improved. Between the poor quality of service, the lack of professionalism, and the complete disappearance once I reported issues, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Save yourself the stress—go with a reputable moving company instead.

Moving can be a nightmare, but AZ Move Masters made it a breeze! I’m not getting paid to write this, I just had an incredible experience and want to share it.

After three awful experiences with other moving companies (one where movers were 6+ hours late and another where we were overcharged by thousands), we were hesitant to hire movers again.
With a new baby and a lot to unpack from 3 PODS storage container, we decided to give AZ Move Masters a shot. From the very first conversation with Hogan on the phone, I could tell this was a different type of moving company who actually cares about customers and their experience, not just about making money and rushing to the next job.

Hogan was upfront, no BS, and worked with us to stay within our budget. He gave us a clear hourly rate and let us control how long we wanted the movers to stay... no surprise fees or shady add-ons, which EVERY other mover has done.

Three movers showed up early and were professional, efficient, and courteous. They rolled out a runner to protect our floors as soon as they arrived, secured a packing blanket to the door frame, helped me cover the stairs, and took great care with our belongings. Not a single thing was broken (from them... the other movers did a number on some fragile items), and they even helped hook up and test appliances! One of the biggest surprises? When my dolly broke, they let me borrow one to help instead of trying to charge me for extra services and time.

They took direction well, stayed flexible when we needed extra time and allowed us to dictate EXACTLY how long we wanted them there to stay within our budget, and made the whole process stress-free. If we had known about AZ Move Masters three years ago, we could have saved a lot of frustration and money. Highly recommend them if you want a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free move!
