I would use this company again for moving. They were so nice and efficient and they did not mess around they got my stuff all loaded and unloaded in the new place in 4 hours. And they put all my stuff in each room I wanted it in and setup my bed for me. Don was wonderful and meant business. Alfredo and Enrique where just so nice and got the job done. My husband kept asking if they needed him to do anything and they said "no we got this we do this all day". My husband ended up making a new friend with one of them and they ended up talking for a long time after they where done unloading. Just extremely professional and friendly and got the job done and none of my stuff was damaged or missing. Thank you again for all your hard work in getting us moved into the new place. Oh and Thank you for helping the Walmart guy bring up our new TV you did not have to do that so thank you. The 75" TV looks nice. ??

I had a terrible experience with Budget Movers and would never recommend them. Not only were they reckless with my belongings, but they also stole items during the move. Despite reminding the crew multiple times that, although we were moving out, we still owned the home and did not want any damage, they showed no regard. They caused damage to both the home itself and to many personal items.

When I raised concerns about broken items I discovered during the move, they brushed it off as if it didn’t matter. Once Budget received payment, they completely stopped acknowledging my calls or addressing any issues.

In my experience, this company is careless, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. If you value your property and peace of mind, look elsewhere for movers.

I truly hoped to resolve this matter professionally and amicably, but unfortunately, this company left me with no choice but to pursue legal action. Despite multiple attempts to submit a damage claim and even providing a total figure directly to Mario or Harry I received no response, no counteroffer, and no communication outlining the claims process.
I was consistently left on read with zero follow-through. After giving ample time and opportunity to resolve this reasonably, their lack of accountability and communication has forced me to escalate the issue legally. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for responsible and professional movers. They dragged my couch and left it filthy, broke my TV and broke my dresser

Stop here look no further!! Please call Mario if you are looking for a fantastic moving company. He his so GREAT!!! He treats you like family and actually communicates with you through the process. His prices are unbeatable and this guy deserves your business, but you also need to invest in a mover that cares about your needs, wants, and will go out of his way to way sure you are happy and taken good care of!
