Jaquan and Austin was a pleasure to do business with as I observed while they was moving my things for a few hours. Both have great teamwork and good communication skills between one and another and their client. One thing that stood out to me the most was when we went to the storage and the other way was blocked by the snow and Jaquan and Austin were able to navigate that big truck out of that long tight Storage area I was highly impressed. Overall, I give them both 10 out of 10 great communication skills constantly checking in to make sure things as going as planned and if more time is needed they communicate that to me as well. They were very quick and efficient I am satisfied with my moving experience with two men in a truck, this was my first moving company experience and you guys set the bar. I highly recommend this moving company was a pleasure to do business with your team.
My friendly and efficient movers were Austin, Quan, and Chase O. I have no complaints and only compliments to add. They called me on time to anticipate their arrival, were careful with parking in the lot of my busy apartment complex… introduced themselves and did a careful walk through, reminded me of what they could and could not move, began coordinating amongst themselves and then started wrapping and protecting important things to make a careful haul.When I expressed concerns about my dresser being heavy and stressful to move, they assured me that they could handle it and told me not to worry. (My apartment from which we moved was on the third floor! Lots of stairs!) I felt as if they worked together as a team very well and that they were careful with everything and very reassuring. My brother was also at the apartment, moving the very last of his things out but no one complained.They helped take apart my bed frame, wrapped my mattress, mirrors and tv…and gave us the screws for those items, wrapped neatly in a bag.Once everything got loaded, Quan verified the new location and address and let me know that they were making a quick stop to grab some food and take a break at the gas station. The break went according to plan and we happily arrived at the new location.Everything was unloaded with care and each of the three gentlemen (Chase O in training) all did their equal share. It was easier to unload into the house and was quicker than loading up from my third floor apartment. My boyfriend was very happy and pleased with how fast and careful they were. They put the things exactly where he told them to.Overall it was a happy day. The weather was sunny when we loaded and it just started to lightly snow during unload but no one complained.Upon leaving, Quan professionally went over the charges with me and Austin helped me move a few things from my car. Quan let me know I could have an itemized copy of the receipt sent to my email and asked if there was anything else I needed. I couldn’t think of anything and I told them that I would make sure to follow up with a survey.If I ever have to move again, I would call upon Two Men and a Truck! Very careful, efficient, energetic, helpful, timely and professional.Thanks again!!
Update 2/24/26: After the move a few days ago, I decided to switch some of my items from the home to the storage so I called Two Men and a Truck (Wyoming, MI) again. This time George, Kade, and Jace came out. They were once again on time, careful, professional, and did a great job!Alex and Jace with Two Men and a Truck were my movers today. They arrived on time, were very respectful, and got everything loaded quickly. I had some items going to the home and some to storage and it went very smoothly. I’m extremely happy with how the move went and recommend them if you need a mover.
Last weekend, we had George, Kade, Myles and Angel come help us move. We hired them to help us move our items into storage, and we will be moving again in a month into our new home. They were beyond helpful. Items that did not fit in the truck (we knew it all would not fit ahead of time) they placed in our garage so we could finish ourselves the following day. I would be happy to have the same crew move us in a few weeks. They were careful and considerate of our belongings. As I watched them carry our oversized items to the main floor, I was beyond thankful I did not have to move those heavy items. Highly recommend them.
George and Chase were great. They called before arrival, showed up when they said they would, took their time and were kind all day despite the amount of work required for our move. They put everything where we wanted it and moved things when desired. Nothing broken or damaged. Easy to have around and work with. We would definitely hire them again.
