Super quick and efficient. Followed our wierd instructions very well lol. They happened to forget a few items in the back of the truck, but were very accommodating on making sure we got them back. Pricing was reasonable and would hire them again!
We had an excellent moving experience with this company. Every team member was kind, worked hard, and listened to our desires. Special shout out to Sean (Shawn)… after our move, Sean returned for box pick up. When he got back to the warehouse and was breaking down our boxes, he found my graduate school diploma. He personally drove back to our home to return the diploma. His attention to detail really went above and beyond. Thank you, again!
I experienced rude costumer service representatives and each time get told something completely different. When changes occurred no one contacted us about it. We constantly have to call to get the information if things change. They never contacted us and i feel as if we would not known if i hadn’t called. Also, very very delayed and still can’t give us a date and has been such a big inconvenience for us.We are very disappointed and in a very much need for our belongings! I understand things happened but just wished for better communication.Now that we have finally revived our things i will say the two gentlemen who move everything into our house were so nice and very helpful! so no complaints there and happy we got all of our things.
Horrific experience please please do not use this company.I am not someone to write negative reviews. I'm sympathetic and understanding and flexible. That said. These guys highballed me by about a grand at first, pretty standard for moving companies I guess, but then when I agreed to use them the communication was terrible, they were hit and miss on calling me back, Rick was hardly ever available. Then the day of the move the crew was late, half of them left halfway through, they had not communicated that they would not move liquids of any kind (we're talking lotion or coconut oil), the movers went through my house throwing things on the ground that they decided not to pack. I had to leave a few hours into their job (which they had said would take two to three hours tops) to run errands and find a cleaner since they had not booked a cleaning service like I'd asked (another miscommunication they never followed up on), and then they left and if I'd not gone back to double check their work I would have never known they'd left their crushed up drink cans on my porch and in my living room and decided not to pack whole sections of the house including some keepsakes like the family Bible which was thrown on the floor. Upon delivery tons of my furniture had scratches on it, two very expensive picture frames have dings and nicks in them, one bookshelf and an entertainment center are completely totalled from rough handling, and my power tools are just missing.This was one of the worst commercial experiences I have ever had and I hope I can save someone else from the headaches I've had with them.

He was helpful and attentive to what my girlfriend and I needed throughout the entire process, and was always available to take a call and answer questions that we had. He followed up with us at every stage of the process from initial estimate, to loading, to delivery and to ensure our goods arrived safely.We got a great rate through Suhr Transport, our goods arrived quickly and intact and Rory followed up twice at the end of the move to make sure that everything went well.I would recommend Suhr Transport to anyone for their move, because of the outstanding and attentive customer service, the price, and quality of work.
