Jeffery (the owner) and his friends have moved me twice, breaking my items both times as well as forgetting items at the place is was moving from. The first time he replaced what was broken (electrical components on my bed). The second time, One of his movers broke a very special lamp that was given to me as a gift, seven years ago. Unfortunately, that piece on the lamp could not be replaced, the entire lamp had to be replaced. I felt bad since the lamp was so expensive, I told Jeffery I would let him know if I want the entire thing replaced and that it would be $248. Jeffery said things happen and he had to make it right as a business owner and that it’s part of owning a business. Jeffery and his movers also damaged my nightstands and the railing on my bed, as well as components of a curtain at the apartment that I was moving from (which I paid for out of my own pocket).After my boyfriend and I bought Jeffery and his crew pizza and they ate at our new house, I only asked him to replace the lamp since it was so special to me. Jeffery stated to send him a receipt and he will reimburse me like last time (Venmo). I did just that. Since then Jeffery has intentionally been ghosting me after sending him the receipt and him responding that he would pay me “ASAP”.I do not recommend this moving company. Spend the extra money and get professional movers. I will never move with Jeffery again or recommend him.Regardless of his response, the owner has yet to reach out to me as of September 16th, 2025. If that ever changes, I will update my review.
Had a great experience with this company. Jeffrey and his helper, 2 guys, worked hard all day helping move a ton of stuff. I’ve never seen two individuals work harder. I highly recommend this company. Small local company but totally worth it.
Had to change moving plans last minute and found these guys by chance. Scheduling was super easy and they were very accommodating and clearly explained everything they offer and charge. Granted I moved in the same neighborhood, but these guys have great pricing and are worth every penny. I own a lot of antique furniture and they handled everything with care. They are quick, they are kind, and they are affordable. Five stars.
Jeffrey and his crew were amazing! We had a bit of a changing situation but communication was perfect and he was incredibly accommodating! He got the contents of TWO apartments into one house in around 7 hours!! Between packing and unloading, I was floored!We will definitely be contacting Infinity Moving whenever we have something that needs moving and we're definitely going to recommend them to our friends! ??Thanks again for the amazing experience!
It’s the 2nd time we’ve worked with Jeff and he’s always done us good! I appreciate he was diligent with everything and really worked with us despite such short notice!
