The movers were wonderful. They were very gentle but efficient, with my goods. The move was booked and delivered with absolute ease. Karen Revelli has facilitated two moves for me. Each could not have been improved upon.
no power tools to disassemble which added more time. i have never had movers use hand tools. it is very inefficient. i stated multiple times that i had the correct tools in my toolbox but they told me they had already packed it up. then i told them i didn’t want them to put it back together as it would add an additional hour using hand tools.also, they pointed out “previous” scratches after they have moved it, not prior which is not how that works. and went over paperwork at the very end. took multiple smoke breaks which i also paid for even though they said it was off the clock.
Keith and Tony were amazing! From start to finish, they made the whole moving process so much less stressful. They arrived on time, were very professional, and handled all of our furniture and boxes with care. They wrapped the fragile items, always checked with us on where we want our things to be place, they worked without ever seeming careless or rushed.They were also super friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Very solid and reliable service.
Oh my goodness. We just got done moving and let me tell you, these guys were lifesavers! We have a one year old and I have a bad back. They did ALL the lifting and then some, even helping us pack some odds and ends. I have a lot of collectable dishware and they were very careful with everything.I've worked with other movers in the past but I'll be sticking with this company for future moves. Friendly, hardworking, and best of all fast.Would recommend to a friend and will be using again. Thanks guys!
I whatever you do, absolutely do not hire Master Movers.My husband and I hired Master Movers to do a full pack and move to a home right next door. The week of the moved, they confirmed a three man crew. The day started almost an hour late, the third mover didn’t arrive until 2pm, when the move started early in the morning. In addition, about an hour in, the two men pulled my husband into a bedroom and asked if they could bring a crew that didn’t work for Master Movers and if we would pay cash. I immediately started to feel uneasy. On top of all of this, was taking care of our newborn. After 12 hours, and my husband helping them move and pack, they finally left. The photos below were just a few examples of their “full service move.” Leftovers McDonalds, cigarette buds on our porch, random unpacked items, etc… the cherry on top of the sunday were my stolen diamond earrings. First off, I thought I had gathered all of my valuables, but forgot to grab a pair of earrings that I remove every evening and place in the same dish in my bathroom. After FOUR months of back and forth emails, and police report, and this guy Chris at Master Movers, not only was it not resolved, we were ignored.I genuinely don’t care to write long reviews like this, but I truly hope no one goes through the experience we did. I’ve done multiple moves, even different states, and I’ve never felt so scammed. I do yourself a favor and stay away from these Master Crooks.
