Pack My Truck Moving company has been wonderful team to work with.They have helped us with a total of three moves and we have been impressed with their work each time.All of the staff members pay special attention to our items and they took great care to protect some of my spouses fragile and precious furniture.The team members Eddie and Tony were great to work with and we absolutely recommend them for your next move!
They were very friendly and took care with my items. Partially my fault, but I left instructions, which I thought were specific, such as “don’t move anything behind a closed door.” I had items which were being donated and had a pick up scheduled, including the local food bank which was getting the contents of my pantry. We’ll they pack and moved all of that which took them 3+ hours extra, meaning I paid ~$900 extra for them to pack and move things I did not want moved. As a Senior on a limited income this is a significant problem for me. I don’t think there was any bad will by the company or the movers, but this is unacceptable. I feel I was significantly overcharged and am not a happy customer.
Eddie and team JJ saved me so much time and worry about moving day. They took awesome care of my goods down to the very last detail of where my light bulbs were. I had a couple of very heavy items that I was concerned about moving, and they made it all happen efficiently and without a scratch.I will plan to use them in the future!
Moving cost about 80 bucks per mover per hour. Had to move 2 bed apartment to 3 bed home which took 5.5 hours. Price was reasonable for the amount of time it took. The movers were also very professional. Will hire again if and when I need to move.
Eddie and his team never disappoint! On-Time, Friendly and efficient.The job was bigger than what I anticipated and the crew made sure I knew they would stay as long as I needed. Really appreciat them and all the hard work they did.This is the 4th time using their services for junk haul and moving my house around and they have always been wonderful.
