Titan Movers is a 10/10 moving company, the care, communication, and effort they put into their craft is nothing you’ll find with other companies.From my initial phone call to setup the service all the way to the end, it was professional and efficient.I’ve moved a few times in the past and have gone through different companies looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, and I found that when I booked Titan.If you want your things to arrive safe and in the expected time frame these are the guys. I won’t be using anyone else for future relocations.
Slow and careless crew.I was recommended to contact Titan Services by Local U Haul store as they had heard good reviews about them. I booked service last month end. Owner was quick and responsive with service. But crew that came on site was careless and super slow. I have done multiple moving with movers service from different cities across Canada. I never seen such slow crew taking small items at a time, moving like sloth & taking their sweet time to chat with each other. During the move we had 20 mins tech issue with elevator in our apartment. But three mover we got were not professional movers. They had no strategy or experience on how to move load quickly. I had two movers when moved in last year, and they moved same amount of items in two hours. These crew of three took more than 4 hours to load, double the time and three mover ??… i had to help them to make it happen in 4 hours.In my contract I was advised that they will being blankets to cover the furniture and will use runners in house to leave it clean. They did not bring any runners at house I was moving out from and left lot of mess behind for me to clean. No furniture was covered in blankets. When they came to drop at new house, I had to tell them to bring runners to avoid mess in new house. All my furniture and bags were dirty with stains from moving. I had to take additional time to clean each furniture and bag.This was simple with in Guelph move of 2 bedroom apartment with 2 couches, 2 mattresses and a bed frame, 20 boxes. Nothing complicated.Worst moving experience I ever had. Not professional movers and seemed like money grabbing practice by slowly moving crews.Don’t recommend at all.
Titan Movers is outstanding. I had the pleasure of meeting Dakota and Victor yesterday for my move and they were both amazing. They were both kind and personable, but beyond that, they treated my belongings respectfully and with care. They were quick and efficient and worked very well together as a team. I have to say this is the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I used their packing and moving services. they came the day before the move and packed everything for me. I was pregnant and unable to do any lifting so it was well worth it! Not only that, but being stress free knowing they took care of everything for me.They were very careful with my belongings. So fast yet they pay attention to detail.I am just so grateful and if we ever have to move again, they will be my number one choice.
