Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Moving is stressful. It's also hard. If it were easy, we'd just do it oursleves. Regardless of who you hire, have your shit packed and organized. When the movers arrive, you are allowed a few basic instructions, but then shut up. They know what they are doing. Let them do their thing, stay out of the way, and just enjoy the smoke show. And for gawd sakes, tip them! They are schlelpping your entire life around. The least you can do is be grateful and buy them breakfast. Thanks!
Look no further! Discount Movers helped us move out of a house and into an apartment building last week. Based on what we went over on the phone at the time of booking, they quoted us for 3 hours and it took exactly that. They showed up right on time, were efficient and took care when handling our belongings. The guys were friendly and professional. Unlike other companies we called, there are no hidden fees or conditions to their pricing. Our final bill was just what was quoted. Would definitely book with Discount Movers again. 5 stars!
We had an excellent experience with Discount Movers. They handled our items with care and were attentive when taking items in and out of our spaces. There was no damage to any items or walls. The local move was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!
Gold standard of movers! The three fellows, Preet, Jack & Punkeesh (sp?), who did my apt move were freakin' awesome! They had one speed & it was full steam ahead. They worked hard & were careful like what they were moving belonged to them. In addition to being fast & efficient, they are lovely fellows - pleasant & friendly. Also appreciated the gent with whom I made the arrangements - Arnel - he was professional, concise & lovely to deal with. I called him several times pre-move with questions & he was patient & helpful every time! The price was very reasonable & I got a no tax discount bcz I'm a senior. Just can't say enough good abt these folks - without hesitation wld use them agn myself for future moves & highly recommend them! I've used Munden's in the past, who are great, but I got a much better price on the same kind of sterling service with Discount Movers. Sincere thanks to Arnel & the guys for a job well done. They treated my furniture and boxes with so much respect, wrapping everything carefully and navigating tight corners with ease.
