Spider Moving Service is a great company. They are very professional and really go the extra mile. They assisted me with my move 4 hours away from home to Montgomery, Alabama. They are philanthropists, and they also donate to my ministry that feeds and clothes homeless, homeless veterans, and ministers to dialysis and nursing home patients. This is a terrible company! Save yourself the headache and cost. The owner didn’t communicate with the movers. They were five hours late then had to finish the next day. This is where it got Nasty. The owner demanded that I pay for that day and the next day or he was going to have his guys drive off with my stuff that was in the truck. He threaten to call the police if I didn’t pay for the next day too. I didn’t even know if they were going to show up. Without telling me a head of time-they only take Cashapp payments. I downloaded it and I paid the total for that day and rounded up by $50 and still the yelling at his guy could be heard from his phone. Back to driving off with my antique furniture and calling the police. My wood floor was deeply scratched! A huge gouge damage happened to my 100 yr old china buffet. If I could rate a negative 100 I would! Then they refused to send me a receipt! Worst experience ever!!
Spyder movers did a great job for us. We had a local furniture move and they were able to accommodate our needs. The furniture was packaged, handled and reassembled with great care & attention. They were so efficient with their use of time so they kept our rates down, with no hidden costs. Will definitely use them again. the crew were very accommodating. Highly recommend!
I recently used Spyder Moving and Storage for a long distance move, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were well taken care of. The crew worked tirelessly to get everything loaded and unloaded in a timely manner, and were always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way. I highly recommend Spyder Moving and Storage to anyone in need of top-notch moving services.
I did not have a very pleasant experience with this company. We requested a quote and was told $130 an hour so we booked 8:00 for our moving day. The night before a confirmation text was sent stating they would arrive at 10:00. The next day, they communicated they would not arrive until close to 1:00. Before the movers started, they wanted payment information. That’s when I was immediately charged $390 at 1:02 and $260 at 2:48. The movers were finished by 4:00. We reached out to them and they stated the tracker showed they worked for 3 1/2 hours and would only refund us $130. To sum everything up, we were charged $520 for 4 hours plus $50 deposit. I don’t believe their work was worth the $570 we paid for 3 1/2 hours and damaged furniture. As chaotic moving already is, this company made matters worse for us.
