I have nothing bad to say about this company, I moved from San Jose to Vegas with no complications. I did have to go up in space but, it made sense considering I had a lot of stuff and the estimate was a little short. Moving to another state isn’t cheap. But everything was smooth also, they dropped my stuff off and placed my things where I wanted them.

I had an incredible experience with Royal Movers and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, organized, and clearly experienced. They handled all of my belongings with care—wrapping, disassembling, and loading everything efficiently without rushing or cutting corners.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and positive attitude throughout the entire move. They treated my home and furniture with respect and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear from start to finish, and they showed up exactly when they said they would, ready to work.

Royal Moving made my move out/move in process way easier. They were very kind and gentle with my belongings throughout the whole process. Two gentleman even offered to wrap my couches in saran wrap so they wouldn't get dirty during the move! Not only were they gentle & kind but also worked efficiently. Be warned. Ignore all of these fake reviews. They claim to be the people moving your stuff. They lie. They send one driver and wait for some random people from craigslist to show up to load your valuable items. They dented our Sheetrock and destroyed our son’s crib. Justin promises the world and even does a video call to show you their shop. Be warned. They said there were no additional fees. They tried to charge me 500$ a piece for a love seat and couch because they were mechanical. Stay away.

My experience with Royal Moving was an absolute nightmare.

In short:
They broke my stuff, they use sketchy/random helpers from Craigslist, they tore up my elevator, crated something without my consent and charged $1200 for it, lacked communication, and had no standard of professionalism at all.

In long:
First things first, be prepared to pay a lot more than you were initially quoted for. I truly do understand some of the fees. I think they could've been more transparent about them up front, but that isn't even what I'm most upset about.

Previously, I had explicitly asked them on the phone if I needed to worry about packing things like my TV, and they told me "they handled that." I was out of town the day they picked up my stuff, but my friend was there. He calls me the day of and tells me they need to crate my TV, and they're going to send me an e-mail with an updated Bill including the crating fee (they didn't say how much it would be). About 30 minutes later I receive an e-mail with a $1,200 charge for crating. Which, by the way, is almost twice the value of the items that they crated. Since I hadn't signed anything, or ever agreed to that price, I told them not to crate it, and I'd have my friend just sell it or get rid of it. They then told me that they had already crated it and loaded it into the truck, without my consent/signature, and refused to take it off, and demanded that I still pay the fee. My options were either to pay the crating fee, or pay them to unload everything and not have my stuff moved. They eventually lowered the price to $800, which was still more than the value of the TV.

A few hours later, I got a call from my apartment complex, asking if I hired some movers. They told me that the movers were disrespectful to the staff, residents, and the property. They also said that they tore up the elevator, and told me that the moving company had to take responsibility or else I would be liable for the damages to the elevator.

From that point forward, my point of contact would barely respond to me, not answering any questions, wouldn't even tell me how to spell her name when I tried to clarify, and had a nasty attitude. At one point I asked her who I should reach out to if I had any questions, and she didn't respond. 3 weeks later, they gave me a 30 minute notice that my stuff was arriving, the day before it was expected to arrive. The guy who delivered the stuff was the only professional person throughout the experience.

He told me there were "helpers" that were supposed to be coming. We waited almost an hour, just for two dudes who seemed like they were definitely on drugs to show up. One of the dudes stared off into the distance for 10 seconds when I asked him for his name, like he had forgotten it or something. The other dude told me this was the best opportunity he's gotten in months. As it turns out, the movers were from Craigslist, with zero prior experience with moving anything. I'm not sure if this is standard for moving companies, but these guys were not careful with my stuff, and I did not feel comfortable with them in my home. At the end, one of the guys asked for a charger and started pressing the main guy, asking him when he's gonna get paid. It turns out he just didn't know how to use CashApp.

To my horror, while I'm unpacking, the TV that I paid $800 to crate was broken, one of the legs of my desk was broken, and my media stand was broken.

Overall, it was thousands more than expected, the truck was so big it didn't fit into the entrance of the storage unit or anywhere on the street, (long carry fee was pretty fat) they were super unprofessional and sketchy, I felt like I was being scammed half of the time, and I would never, ever recommend them to anybody, ever.
