Brandon (Sunshine) and Carlos were fantastic during my move. Brandon was incredibly personable, kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Carlos was just as friendly and extremely accommodating. I kept changing my mind about where I wanted furniture placed, and he was patient and flexible every time.They both went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free during what is usually a very stressful time. I covered everything in my main review for the loading portion. But i'll add some more for the unloading bit.The team had a long nearly 13 hour day of moving our office. We lost about 1300 sq ft and they were able to fit everything into our new location in the designated areas. They kept high spirits even when lugging hundreds of pounds up and down stairs.If my office team tried to do this move in a U-Haul we would probably still be making trips and not be done 4 days later.Thank you again Chris Gamboa, Quentin, Hayden, Jeremy, Marquis, Dallen and Mark!! We could not have done this without you allIt was great to get to spend the day getting to know everyone a little and watch you all kick butt and push through some of those crazy tables and tiny turns. Chris Gamboa, Quentin, Hayden, Jeremy, Marquis, Dallen and Mark were the best! When we got to the location to unload they were as quick and efficient as possible. They took true care of each of our items and asked questions if they weren’t sure. They moved nonstop the entire day and were happy to do so. We truly couldn’t have done this move without them. I would absolutely recommend this team for any of your moving needs. They turned a stressful move into an easy stress free experience. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
I recently switched apartments on the same complex and I was on a time constraint because I had to get my bigger furnitures out of one unit to another on the same property. I had filled out the online quote later in the afternoon. Julien called me back next day first thing in the morning and gave me 2 options. One was to be on standby for a time in the afternoon and schedule another time for next day at 8am. I told Julien that it was a good plan. Mind you, I had to get the stuff out end of next day to get the my stuff out of there. Hours later, I got a call from Marcus and told me that he had a time slot available in an hour. I told him yes and he got right on it and told the Two Men to be here after they were done. What a relief because of time. Marcus also followed up in text and told me if I ever need any other moves, let him know. Also, any issues, he asked me to contact him. That is what I call professionalism. I was very grateful Marcus followed up.I got a call from Mark who was on route to my location. He told me he was close and I met him and Damon at the location. They were very professional and friendly. They did a great job on moving my bigger furnitures to my new location. They took about 2 hours to complete the move for me.As for future moves, I will absolutely use Two Men & Truck again. I couldnt be happier that they were able to help me within the time frame I had which was only a day and a half to get the bigger furniture moved.Thank you Julien, Marcus, Mark and Damon for such a great experience! You should give them a try! I was not disappointed and you wont be either!
Anthony and Hayden were amazing. They made moving simple and easy. The took care of all my stuff and wrapped it so everything was safe. Once at the new place, the moved stuff around and ensured everything was were it needed to be and I was happy. Would recommend them and will use them for any future moves. Shout out to Karson who kept in contact with me through the process.
