I had an outstanding experience with this moving company during my cross country move from Los Angeles. From start to finish the service was exceptional and incredibly professional.

Brana in customer service was amazing. She stayed extremely organized while helping coordinate and confirm all of my PODS information, which was especially important since I was moving across the country. At one point I was on a flight without cell service and she even contacted PODS directly on my behalf to keep everything moving forward. She made a stressful move feel more manageable.

The moving team was amazing. Paul and his two associates were fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently and were always patient with me if I decided to change my mind about where furniture should go in our new home. They never stopped working. No breaks. Just focused, careful and professional the entire time.

They were also consistently early for every appointment including early morning meetups at the PODS location to unload the pods. They even made an extra stop along the way to pick up artwork from another residence, before heading to our final destination.

It’s rare to find a company that is this reliable, hardworking and accommodating. Moving across the country can be overwhelming but this team made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
