The experience was pretty flawless overall. Communication upfront with Jon was great, and their customer service is excellent. I had to pay a $100 deposit to secure the booking, which was fine.On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected. Three guys showed up all super polite and friendly, which I really appreciated. I was moving from a 2-bed apartment in Fort Lauderdale to a storage unit in Deerfield Beach. I had already done most of the packing beforehand and only left the larger furniture items to be wrapped.They worked very quickly and professionally, and I was impressed with the care they took with everything. The entire move took about 2.5 hours.The final cost ended up being about $800 on top of the deposit. In my opinion that felt a bit pricey considering how fast the job was and how much I had packed upfront, that was really the only downside.Overall though, the service was great and I would call them again when I move my things out of storage.
Overall, the experience was good. My only feedback would be for the guys to be careful with certain furniture that they damaged. The only other issue I have is when the work was finished. I gave each guy $50 tip and there was five guys. Their supervisor made a comment to me and stated that a tip should be $100 a person not sure if their bosses are paying them good enough due to the fact that he got so upset of a $50 tip that I gave each of them. After the move, no one called me or followed up to see if everything was fine and if the move was OK.. in addition, not all of the stuff was taken because the trucks got full, but in the end, I never received a discount for the items that were not moved and their left trash behind I had to clean up

Amazing! For the first time ever we can say this moving company was absolutely fantastic. From getting a quote to the actual move, it was easy, straightforward and stress free. Jeremiah and Audy were careful, polite, professional and efficient. If you’re looking for movers, we highly recommend them , we’ve used Good Greek before and they were absolutely horrible. They damaged and lost some of our stuff. Our Family Movers were the exact opposite and our move was perfectly executed. Thank you Our Family- we will be referring everyone to you and will be life long customers.
