Hero Moving Hawaii

We recently hired Hero Movers for our move from our townhouse to our newly purchased home and we were very happy with their service. It was a team of 3 guys and they were professional, friendly and strong! We felt confident that they would handle our belongings with care and know to disassemble and reassemble everything. They were pretty quick and efficient and we would hire them, again, in a heartbeat!

I had an incredible experience with Hero Moving! The quote process was so easy allowing me to submit a video of my space for them to inventory followed by a highly communicative process to correct and optimize the inventory list along with live updating price quotes. Cannot emphasize enough how easy they made my move. I opted to pack my own stuff, even though they have their own packing services and I am confident they would have taken great care of my things, which saved lots of money. Victor and two other awesome movers arrived exactly on time and moved my furniture on to the truck and into my new apartment so efficiently it was all done within 3 hours. I also love that they offer their own storage unit, cheaper than most I could find on island of the same size for my extra furniture. 10/10 experience all around. I HIGHLY recommend them for any local moves.

The moving guys (Victor and Chris) were nice and efficient. I really liked that the owner, Gabe, called me right away when I had a question about the bill. Gabe explained everything to me in a way i could understand and was super nice. Nice makes all the difference! I'll use them, again.

I'm so happy I chose Hero Moving when I moved from O'ahu to Hawai?i Island. They were very helpful, professional and reassuring during this stressful transition. They were also very affordable, especially since I procrastinated. They made the move easy, by picking up my half of my boxes and bringing it to the pier to be shipped to the Big Island, and storing what I could not bring. Communication was great as well, even during the weekends. Thank you Jordan and the team at Hero Moving! Big shoutout to Jordan for being there for me and my family during our move interisland. Took a lot of my stress away when you reassured my worries. Thank you!

I recently worked with Hero Moving to facilitate a long-distance move from Las Vegas, NV to Hawaii for a client of mine, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail stood out. Every step of the process was handled with care — from the initial quote to the delivery of belongings. Their team kept us updated throughout the journey, ensuring we always knew where things stood. Moving such a long distance can be stressful, but Hero Moving made it seamless and worry-free. Their pricing was transparent and competitive, offering excellent value for the quality of service we received. The crew was efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything arrived safely and on schedule, which speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. I highly recommend Hero Moving to anyone planning on a long-distance or complex move. They set the standard for reliability, communication, and customer care in the moving industry.
