the guys that moved us were careful and respectful. They wrapped up a lot of the furniture with moving blankets, cardboard, and plastic wrap. They also helped us move & troubleshoot moving an existing piece of furniture in our new home before moving furniture and boxes into the house.We are grateful for all of their help & their care for our belongings.
I could not be happier with Black Tie Moving's Huntsville Office! Jay, Joshua, Sledge and Mitch were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to complete our move. They are very careful with your items, most furniture pieces were wrapped in a moving blanket and securely taped. They placed our pieces where we wanted them and made our first night in our new house so easy! I am 75% unpacked and not a single broken item or mishap. I highly recommend them for the professional services they provide and the quote was much less than any of the other movers we contacted and when it came time to pay the bill there were no unpleasant surprises, what they quoted is what we paid.
I have used Black Tie Moving for both a residential move and commercial move and they have been top notch both times. They were prompt, professional and there were no surprises at the end. Everything was packed and handled with the utmost care leading to a damage-free move. I highly recommend.
Top notch! The 3 man team that moved us were professional, hardworking and respectful. Each item was well cared for and safely packaged. I feel the price was a great value! I will use again. Also the truck moving truck was top of line. That’s the only picture I took.
