Amazing company and movers. This was a military move for us to SE Kansas. They drove from Hutchison, early morning, to unpack the semi truck. They arrived right on time and started right to work. They placed our items anywhere we wanted them and even changed things around when I changed my mind on furniture placement. Super nice guys and hard workers. I highly recommend this company as well as Ryan and Bryce.
The absolute worst moving experience I have ever had. It was a scam. Ryan took my deposit, didn't show up to do the job as scheduled and refused to refund my deposit. Warning to all to not use this fraudulent company with no integrity!Update to Ryan's response on 9/29/24:What a joke that you replied to my review with an attempt for resolution when you know darn good and well I tried numerous times to get my deposit back from you by contacting you directly on a daily basis for almost two months. You kept stating numerous times it was going to be delivered along with multiple excuses of why you didn't have the funds.In addition, you totally disregarded the letter sent from my attorney. You are a very dishonest person who can not be trusted. Your words are worthless and your response is just lip service to look good. Once again you are a fraud and have no integrity.The only resolution is for you to do the right thing and refund my full deposit today!
I hate moving but I called Ryan’s company about moving and he was on it from day one! Lots of communication, very thorough, very reasonably priced. He did a fantastic job! I literally didn’t have to lift a finger. He did all the moving while I was at work and I go to my new place and everything was set up and in place! While I was at work he communicated often with updates. I will definitely be recommending his services to others and will use him again if I move!
Ryan & Seth we’re very courteous & quick. I was shocked how smoothly & quickly they picked the piano up & moved it! They placed floor mats under so could roll w/o damaging wood floors.His wife was a great help & very courteous too!!We would definitely use them again for further moving needs!Thank you!!Terry & Jackie
Ryan and his crew were fantastic! I needed to move two pianos at different addresses, in over 105-degree weather and they didn't complain at all. Ryan was prompt in responding, gave a fair quote, and was quick with moving both pianos. I will definitely call Kansas Elite Moving again for future projects!
