This is my first and last time using Upack! Horrible experience. I paid almost $1,500 for a 2 to 4 day delivery and it's day 10 now and I still don't have my things. Never a again!!!!! No discount offered or anything, just an "IM SORRY" Really? It's not my fault that you guys are backed up! I paid for a service within specific time frame that I did not receive. That's bad business period. You guys picked up three cubes containing all my worldly possessions on February 12th, and all you can do is say you're sorry? Smh!! It's now February 22nd for god sakes!!!
Worst Moving Experience Ever!When I instructed the reps and driver that Im only using 1 cube, I was charged for 2 moving cubes. In result, my bank account balance was put in the negatives. Because of this double charge I wasn't able to pay my deposit when I arrived at my moving destination. This left me stranded for about a week until they were able to sort out the refund process. I hate that is take them 2 seconds take my funds, but when a mistake is made I have suffer days until I receive a refund.
Every single person I worked with was delightful and helpful. They arrived early or on time. Communications were frequent and informative. A process that is generally fraught with stress was made as easy as possible. Thank you!
