My ex wife hired this company to move furniture out of my house. They scratched my door and my floor. It was like the was inexperienced. And tried justify it by saying she wanted move quickly in two days. That does not justify property damage. It was only a living set and bedroom set. Please do not use this company. When I talked to the sales rep (Laura) she hung up on me. Very unprofessional

Got lucky when I randomly just called this company.
Had to get my mom's furniture out of her apartment after she passed away. Call on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. 2 days before Christmas. It was a great experience! Justin, Cory and David was very fast and super nice. I should have gotten a bigger storage unit but they got it to fit. I definitely recommend them and will be a return customer if I need to move anything else. Thank you guys! I appreciate you so much!!

If you just have them move your things they are ok but I do not recommend them to pack. They are terrible packers. Boxes that were packed at the beginning were not taped well and many of the boxes fell apart by the time they got to the destination. They also got in a hurry at the end of the packing and loading into the truck just packing anything they could into anything they could fit it into. While unpacking I’m finding things that were just thrown together without any thoughts of keeping like items together. They just seemed to lack packaging experience along with being under-manned for the packing and loading process which I think caused most of the issues in the first place.

Let me share my experience
1. They arrived 15 minutes late
2. The 2 men that started my move acted like they had NEVER moved anyone before
3. After a couple of hrs a 3rd guy joined then
4. They were scattered with how they were packing
5. They did NIT handle my property with care nor did they care if they damage my home
When I said something to them and asked them to plaster be careful the guy that was “foreman got an attitude and told me me he is an independent contractor and he doesn’t work for me! I told him sir today yiu work for me and I’m asking you to take more care of my things and property he then threaten to leave my stuff and I woke t get it back. When I called Brandon”the boss” the for man slammed the door down and drove off with my items.
I called the cops
After 2.5 hours later they decided to return
When they finally got many things to my new location I had numerous things damaged or broken completely not to mention the damage that had been done at my old location they also came walls and door facings at new location.
one of the guys asked me if I really called the cops I said I sure did. He said well I don’t like cops I try to avoid them he either has a warrant do his arrest or is on probation
This is as a new experience for me
My husband died of C 19 and then to have this happened was almost the breaking point
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

I have moved many times and this is the first time I have had to write a bad review. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I booked this company 3 weeks before our move and told them I had a lot of things and would need 2 days. Everything sounded great, they would disassemble the furniture and bring supplies. Good prices for 3 men. My husband was there the first day with them and they loaded mostly boxes and some furniture. They broke my desk and I still have not been reimbursed for it.
They took an hour long lunch, which we paid for lunch, and smoke breaks. My husband had separated all the boxes in to heavy and fragile to prevent damage. Well they didn't pay attention and as you can see in the photos, it's bad. They left around 3:00 and I paid for 6 hours, $1200. They did not disassemble anything. They left and went to another job. They said they would be back the next day at 8:00 and would be finished by 11:00. (The next day UPack was picking up the trailer) They didn't show until 9:30 and we still had almost a whole household to get in the trailer. I called the owner at 8:15 and he said the workers were running late and waiting on a 3rd guy. At 9:00 I called again and he said he would have the driver call me but they never did. When they showed up, there were only 2 guys. They took another hour lunch break, which we provided lunch. They were not finished until 3:30. When my husband called and asked the owner about having a the third guy come, he said we would have to pay for a truck to come and if we didn't, he would have the workers walk off the job. We said no, we would stick with 2, however later that day a 3rd guy did come because their truck lift broke. They charged me another $1200. They charged me for 3 guys the whole day.
When we moved to Texas we hired a company to unload the truck and they were great, they could not believe how the trailers had been packed.
I would not use this company. This is the shortened version of the days.
I had a lot of broken items when I unpacked and the owner said they are not responsible for anything once it is on the truck.
