**24 HOUR UPDATE- 24 hours after this company responded to my review, NO call from management, NO refund processed, and NO tvs have been mounted (they still have the hardware to our mounts AND remotes to our TVs, making them useless) AVOID THIS COMPANY.We hired this moving company to move our one-bedroom apartment on Saturday, and the entire experience was unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. What should have been a relatively simple move took almost 8 hours for a one-bedroom apartment. I have hired multiple moving companies in the past and have always had positive experiences, but this was by far the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.Not only did the move take an excessive amount of time to pack our one bedroom apartment (you pay by the hour), but they broke two of our items, including a $300 Samsung smart fan. For the nearly $2,000 we paid, I expected care and professionalism, neither of which we received.The issues didn’t stop there. When we returned to our old apartment on Sunday, we found miscellaneous items scattered all over the place that the movers simply chose not to pack — blankets, lotions, an iron, steamer, vacuum, scent beads, plasticware, paper towels, and MULTIPLE other household items. We were also told that the movers would remove both of our TV wall mounts, but they left one still attached to the wall. Because of this, we had to spend two additional hours at our old apartment packing the items they left behind and removing the wall mount ourselves — tasks we specifically paid them to handle.We had scheduled someone to come mount our TVs on Sunday, but they were unable to complete the job because we could not find the hardware for the mount the movers did remove, and we also could not find the hardware that connects the TV to the mount that they chose not to remove. This completely wasted the time and money we spent hiring the installer.When Caleb from the company finally got back to me, he told me THEY STILL HAD the missing hardware AND our remotes ?? However, they promised to bring it by Monday night to make things right. He also said they would refund us $150 for the items they left behind and the TV mount we had to remove ourselves.Monday night came and went. At the last minute, Caleb texted saying he couldn’t make it and would come Tuesday instead.On Tuesday evening at 6 PM, I texted asking for an ETA. No response.By Wednesday, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the company’s main number. A man told me they would hire someone to come mount our TVs to make up for all the trouble and inconvenience. Once again, I never heard anything back.When I tried calling again to follow up, I suddenly started getting an error message saying my call could not be completed. However, when I called the same number from a different phone, the call went through immediately, which clearly means they blocked my number instead of resolving the issue.At the end of all of this:- We never received the missing hardware- We never received the $150 refund- We never received any follow-up or attempt to make this rightThis company took nearly $2,000, broke our belongings, left work unfinished, ignored us for days, and ultimately blocked our number rather than taking responsibility. OH, AND we tipped them, since ‘Gratuity is appreciated’.I have hired several moving companies in the past and have always been satisfied with their professionalism and service. This company is, without question, the worst and most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.I will absolutely be spreading the word about this experience so others do not end up dealing with the same level of incompetence, dishonesty, and complete lack of accountability that we did.

I can't say enough good things about these guys and how the company will go that extra mile for you in every way. Cost, distance or special needs. Everything is done to perfection, their training and experience surpasses none. I'm a senior on a limited budget and had to get to my next destination with some special requirements. Both Jason and John worked extremely hard to make it a comfortable transition for me. Keen to accomodate me with some delicate painting pieces that needed that extra care. They took the time. They are hard working boys who are not only super polite but give it all they can to make it great experience. I'm giving these guys a five star rating and would highly recommend them for your moving needs who aren't over priced.
Andre and Bill did a fantastic job moving my sister from her apartment with an elevator to her new second-floor home with no elevator. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly engaging throughout the entire process. Despite the added challenge of stairs and a long walk through grass, they stayed laser focused and worked seamlessly as a team.What stood out most was how genuinely caring they were about making the move a smooth transition for my sister. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail helped ease what could have been a stressful day. I am truly grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, top-notch movers.
Davon and Greg were the BEST!!I had a bad experience with moving in 2025 and was very worried about this move. But it went smooth and quick. Fair pricing. Quick moving. The guys were nice, quick, efficient, and extremely helpful. They were very careful with all of my items as well.These two did a fantastic job!!
