Originally, I was not going to make a review, but after thinking about my most recent move with the help of momma's movers, I wanted other potential customers to be aware. I called to make a quote with Momma's Movers for my move in October , the lady on the phone gave me a quote & we were locked in for that price. I am huge on transparency, because I know how quickly things can turn south. On the day of the move, the woman who I assume is "momma" gave me a call notifying me that one of the 2 movers that would be helping out was not available to come help out with my move. She offered a "discount" but with the original price, & being down a mover, I was still charged $420 by the single mover & my move was super easy and did not go over 2 hours max. I was a little confused about the price since it was totally different than what I was quoted. I did ask for an itemized receipt to be sent to my email & the woman never sent it over which was strange to me. The mover was fine, but, I think moving forward, there needs to be more integrity, honesty, and price transparency within the company for future customers. At this time, I would not recommend this business due to the fact that I asked for transparency, and that was not clear.
Cristian and Ryan are just absolutely great. They showed up, worked hard and were very courteous. All of our belongings were in great hands. HIGHLY recommend using Mommas Moving Company. They are also very affordable and knowledgeable! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
Cristian & Ryan was absolutely amazing…I’m always terrified of moving companies but this was a great experience, they worked the whole time and took great care of my prize possessions!!
