We had a fairly large commercial move and Alpha Moving & Storage were great. They were communicative, clear about expenses/cost, no surprises. The entire team did a great job and handled our furniture/items with care. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for movers.
Alpha Moving is by far the best moving company in the tristate area. I have used Alpha moving for two separate moves and both occasions have been flawless. Both times, the crew was extremely friendly and attentive. They were extremely careful with fragile marked boxes and furniture. The office staff, especially Heather, was very receptive of all questions and booking needs. I would recommend Alpha to all friends and family!
Terrible experience. I have moved numerous times. Tacked on a lot of charges and in the end they broke my bed (bed frame was worth about 5k alone), my lamp, trashed my rugs (brand new white rug) and carpeting with dirty shoes, broke my glassware. Use a reputable company.As far as the claims department, a joke. I have tried calling back numerous times. I have a job so when you give me specific times and dates on a different time zone, real helpful. Would take my business to any other moving company. Want you to jump through hoops to file a claim when their movers cause thousands of dollars worth of damage!
The attention to detail and care of wrapping everything up for security of the items makes you feel like they too own and care for all your belongings. TBH, they packed it better than I would have cared for but that just shows the level of quality service and customer care that truly is of a luxury service at reasonable prices. I would never move aging without Alpha by my side.Also, our move had so much change in terms of dates and closing coordination that Alpha was extremely accommodating and flexible with us.
Alpha Moving is the best moving company in New Jersey and on the entire eastern seaboard . We have experienced super exceptional and excellent service now for the third time . Alpha Moving Staff and Management are the best . Attentive , responsive , timely and professional. We are as always super happy with every aspect of this and every move they have done for us .
