Francisco and Carlos came up packed 75% of my 15’ U-Haul expertly and efficiently. I paid for the 2 hour minimum but they had it done early. They were easy to work with and got right to it.

On April 29 I had furniture and other items moving to and from multiple locations Francisco of Crocmovers was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew went above and beyond. They are polite and treat everything as if it were theirs. I highly recommend Crocmovers and will use them again in the future if needed
I do not recommend this company. We hired Croc Movers through Hire A Helper based on high reviews. However, our experience was consistent with the low reviews they have. The movers were scheduled to come between 9am-10am. When they did not show by 10:30am, I called the company. The owner answered and to his credit, he did acknowledge the error and worked to send movers. The movers arrived around 12:30pm. We had them scheduled for 2 hours, they moved as slowly as possible to add on time to charge us more. They threw some of our belongings over a balcony down to each other. They got blood on one of our sofas. They cracked a TV stand by dropping it on its side. They ripped our mattress in two places. They broke a jewelry box. When I called the owner, he refused to do anything to assist with rectifying the situation and told me I had to call Hire A Helper (which I have done). This company only cares about getting as much money from you as they can while doing a horrible job in the process.
I called Fransico last minute & he showed up in 2 hours to move my furniture! He was the only company out of 4 that had same day availability with a reasonable rate. He & his team did a great job moving everything with care. I’d highly recommend him for your move!
