Very disappointed. I ordered 3 movers and was quoted 225 an hour. Only got 2 movers and they charged us 190 a hour. They were 1.5 hrs late and took 8 hours to move. Spent most of the day socializing and complaining that things were too heavy. Note, most of our items were boxes and dressers. No heavy couches or appliances. Left items as the truck was not packed right to take remaining items. Very lazy and unprofessional and constantly complaining. Would not hire this company, save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere.

We recently used Cargo Chain to move the contents of our home into our residence at Sun Peaks. The two gentleman that did our move were extremely professional, polite and very hard workers. We have a steep hill with lots of steps and there were no complaints from the employees. They worked non-stop and brought some very large heavy items up to the house. There were some tight turns up the steps and they did such a smooth job and did not cause any damage at all. Not even a minor scratch on any walls. Thanks so much for the hard work you did!!!

Hired for a piano move from Sahali to the North Shore. They no-showed last night without any phone call. I called and rescheduled for this morning, as they advised could not do it last night after all. They were almost an hour late this morning. Sent two men, very small in build, that took one look at the piano and panicked. They called me and said that the piano is a "Grand Piano" (please see picture of regular upright piano) and they will NOT be moving it. Basically we were strung along for 2 days and Cargo Chain was not fit to do this job. Wasted everyone's time twice. The manager (owner?) very rude when he called to finally cancel the job, yelling and extremely unprofessional. We are very disappointed and frustrated! Called another reputable local company and they were able to move it today with zero issues and for less cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They're a Mickey Mouse operation for sure.
