What customers say
Customers praise the crews' careful handling and professional, courteous manner. One customer said a crew moved heavy items up a steep hill and many steps without scratching the walls. Service experiences have also varied: one customer reported items left behind because the truck was not packed to take everything, while another reported a missed piano appointment followed by cancellation.

Thank you CargoChain for the best service possible in moving my new hot tub into place which involved some very specific skills, muscle and care. Totally professional from start to finish. The guys Sid, Sam, Sandeep and Aman were smart, careful and respectful of the cargo and the job at hand.

Just had Aman & Baldeep from Cargo Chain pickup a very heavy cabinet bed from our home to deliver to another address. Both gentleman were the most courteous, careful, and professional persons that we have ever had move furniture. Cudos to both of them.
Richard Richard
Very disappointed. I ordered 3 movers and was quoted 225 an hour. Only got 2 movers and they charged us 190 a hour. They were 1.5 hrs late and took 8 hours to move. Spent most of the day socializing and complaining that things were too heavy. Note, most of our items were boxes and dressers. No heavy couches or appliances. Left items as the truck was not packed right to take remaining items. Very lazy and unprofessional and constantly complaining. Would not hire this company, save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere.
