I had a great experience with this moving company! They were amazing, friendly, and very fast. I honestly didn’t think everything we had was going to fit in the U-Haul, and I was pretty stressed about it. But they knew exactly what they were doing and packed the truck so well that we still had plenty of space left. They made the whole process smooth and much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for movers!!

I would not recommend this moving company based on my experience. For context our apartment was flooded from our upstairs neighbor, so we were already going through a very stressful period and just needed help getting out so renovations could begin.

They arrived over 4 hours late on moving day, which immediately put us behind schedule and added a lot of unnecessary stress. From the hours of 8AM-12PM we received multiple communications saying they were “close” or “on the way”. They were not. Keeping in mind due to our flooded living space we did not have somewhere other than at the lobby of the building to wait for their arrival.

When they finally arrived, they did not have enough supplies to properly pack and protect our belongings, and they ultimately did not pack everything we had agreed upon and did not use any protective wrap for boxed items.

During the move itself, items were not handled with care. When we unpacked, the contents of our drawers and dressers were completely jumbled. The mattress was dragged down the apartment hallway without any protective cover, which was very concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.

They also damaged one of my upholstered velvet chairs by puncturing a hole in it. While they have said they will provide compensation, that has not happened yet.

Perhaps most frustrating was the time it took to complete such a small move. It took over 6 hours to move us down just one floor in our apartment building, and some to a storage unit a block away. Even after that, the job was not finished. After they left, we still had to spend another day moving and organizing the remainder of our belongings ourselves.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism or care I expected from a moving company with such high reviews and for ~ $1,000.

Seida was an Awesome young man. My original date to move was December 15, 2026. I called the Movers and I talked to Seida. This young man has been very understanding about my move. I think I canceled at least three times because my apartment was not ready. I am 72 years old. He was patient he was kind and he always said he understood and to give him a call whenever I was ready today, February 22, 2026. I moved into my duplex with the help of The Moverz. Seida I will always remember him, and that beautiful smile. I will keep him on speed dial when I get ready to move and I will always refer him to my friends and family when and if they decide to move, thank you so much, Seida, and the young man that came with him I think he was in training, but he did an awesome job.

They are AMAZING! Marcus and Eric were moving my furniture with care and speed. They organized my place for me to unpack easily. Very very thoughtful! I would recommend anyone to hire them for moving! They leave you worry free. Seida is a great employer (even though he doesn’t want to take credit for my moving) ^.^

Very professional and knowledgeable. He made my move easy and handled the loading and unloading smoothly, drawing on his experience. He helped organize and secure items in the truck and was easygoing and friendly throughout the process. I would highly recommend him.
