Bighorn Moving And Storage

This organization, Dawn, Hannah and all the guys have been phenomenal. And this wasn’t an easy move. It was complicated. Start in Vernon, one load to storage, and another to Calgary. A lot of moving parts and made worse by the evil step sister, which doubled every step. Not only did these guys handle everything, the family drama and the chaos that ensues with every move, but they were able to do this all with a weeks notice. Dawn, Hannah, Noah, Mike, Ronan, Jamon, Nathan and Eric, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I recently located from North Vancouver to Kelowna. This was my very first time for movig - 73 years in one house. Bighorn was recommended to me by a friend in Kelowna. From the moment I contacted Dawn, to the loaded truck leaving my driveway, I experienced nothing but professional, caring and expert treatment. A very upbeat and cheerful team. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond with so much care and attention to detail. Nothing was a problem for them. I feel so lucky to have found this company. You will no be disappointed with hiring Bighorn for you move.

I can’t say enough good things about Bighorn Moving. From the first point of contact to the final item unloaded, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly, and handled everything with incredible care and efficiency. They were respectful of my home, careful with furniture, and worked quickly without ever feeling rushed or careless. What really stood out was their positive attitude and teamwork—moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy. No hidden fees, no surprises, just honest pricing and excellent service. If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy moving company, Bighorn Moving is the one to call. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone moving.

Big Horn did a fantastic job at packing up our home and delivering the goods to our new home. Every employee was very professional and so helpful! From the packers who were careful with our items, to the young men who moved the items (they were so polite and professional) to Dawn who answered all our questions, we enjoyed all our interactions with Big Horn. We had a few heavy items, but all was delivered safely and in tact. There was one dent in our front door when they were moving the items in, but they got it fixed quickly and you can't even tell where the dent was! The communication was constant and all calls and emails were responded quickly. We definitely recommend Big Horn!
