Chris and Raymond did a great job delivering my household goods. They were professional, respectful, and handled everything with care during the delivery process. I appreciate their effort and hard work.My only complaint is with the packing. I had to leave for deployment and didn’t get the chance to see how everything was packed. Unfortunately, some items were placed in boxes that were not meant to be written on, one of which was a special gift from a family member. That was disappointing to see.Overall, delivery was smooth thanks to Chris and Raymond, but I’d recommend better attention to detail when it comes to packing items, especially sentimental ones.Ps I'm still looking for things cause they are all the place and missing

This job done by Sina, Tilly, Kelvin, and Tuitad was executed so well and professional. They showed up and with no issues at all had everything packed and labeled. The communication and customer service by this team was amazing as well. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Kevin and Christian, amazing service! Quick and efficient and great on handling my House hold goods! With getting from Korea and everything else going on, they made my life just a little bit easier with their service! Both were respectful and had a very welcoming demeanor with conversation! The team that helped unpack my valuables from South Korea were excellent. Shout out Tyrell, Chris, Mike, Kelvin, and Jon for the arduous task they had faced when it came to the difficult situation setup from the lousy prior moving company. The even helped my family with our furniture and identify the damage to help make claims later.
