John, Narry, Manuel and Kurt were very professional and worked smoothly while loading all boxes into the wooden crates. They were cautious and didn't scratch any walls/doors. Everything was verified after each room was cleared. No issues at all. Keep up the good work!!
Scobey packed my household goods and picked them up for my retirement and I had a lot of stuff that you take from PCS to PCS. The whole packing crew Kenya, Amaris, Michelle, Abraim, Cori, and Donie and the pick up crew John, Manuel, Charles and Payton were very professional. They packed my things within a timely manner and I had a LOT. They communicated well and were very accommodating. I felt bad. IF I ever need a moving company I would definitely use them again. It wasn't a lot of talking...they were working and working hard.I gave 5 stars because of the crew I listed however the only negative thing would be that there was an older woman who came on the last day when my items were to be picked up (2/9/23). I don't know her name because she didn't hang around long after she looked at my items and told me I had a lot of stuff and even asked about shoes in a box of shoes that I had if they were being thrown away. First of all...I know I have a lot of stuff but you aren't here to tell me what I have.... you are here to work and pack my things on the trucks. When I responded to her statement I never saw her again until the end of the day when it was time for her to drive the truck. I asked Charles what does she do for the company because I didn't see her working. The name Narry is on my sheet of people who came out to work but if that's her she doesn't need to go out to someone's home. Who ever she was she was unprofessional. I held my composure and honestly I'm happy she sat in the truck the whole time..
Terry, Michelle, Eduardo, and Adrian did all the packing for military moving very professional and courteous. They make sure to label each of the boxes with my husband name and a short explanation of what was inside.Eduardo, Michael, DonYea, and Dominic pick up our stuff the next day. They did amazing job. I highly recommend them.
