First, he postponed (by text mssg) on the morning of the move. So, we gave him the benefit of the doubt and set another appointment (again, with John the owner) to move on a different day. That day came and he was a no show. We called and he completely ghosted us. He never called back despite repeated messages and calls. We called his cell. We texted him. We called the office and left messages. Not a single word back from Always Moving or John B.See attached photos of "John B" (aka John Benkert). The Allways team did an excellent job from the very beginning; the estimator was very clear, and the price seemed reasonable. On the day of the move, the team arrived exactly when they said they would, and packed all our stuff efficiently and well; they even marked every box clearly. The next day they arrived again as promised and moved everything to our new place; they were helpful, quick and professional as they put all the boxes, furniture, pictures, rugs and plants exactly where we asked them to. The only casualty of the entire move - and we have quite a few delicate things - was one large ceramic bowl...that we didn't really like ;-)Between home and business, this is the sixth move they've done for us. We would recommend them without hesitation, and if we ever move again, we'll definitely call them.
I used their service twice for moving from upstate NewYork to Florida and then from NYC to Florida. These guys are amazing fast and efficient. And they didn’t break or damage anything. Even the building manager was impressed with their efficiency. I highly recommend to use them: they go anywhere and have very well trained stuff and local subcontractors.
