I wish I could post this without leaving any stars. My former partner contacted this company to move out of my apartment. They were quoted that the movers and truck would be there between 3 pm and 6 pm. No one arrived until 6:30, at which point two people with a car were there. The truck didn't arrive until nearly 7 pm.

According to the owner, this counts as "on time" and that the deposit is valid. He was completely unwilling to accept any responsibility for the situation, yet it was 100% the fault of this company that several people were inconvenienced.

The number of 5 star reviews tells me that they are manipulating the system, because if this is the sort of thing that warrants 5 stars I truly wonder what those people have experienced.

I'm going so far as taking a photo of my posted review to prove that it was there, in case this shady business owner decides to delete it.

Thank you Kingston Movers for an amazing service. This was my fourth move (first with Kingston Movers) within last 5 years and I can tell the difference, they are the best I have ever come across. They handled all my household stuff very carefully and neatly. They had some very fragile glass items to pack & everything came through without a scratch or break. Both guys who showed up on the moving day were very punctual, experienced, kind and respectful. All this helped me make what i thought would be a very stressful move into a seamless experience that was worth every penny.
