I recently moved from a basement apartment to another basement apartment in Kingston.The 3 young men that moved me were punctual, polite and tremendously hard working. Did I mention fast?!!!! They shrink wrapped everything and I mean everything, even upholstered furniture, A couch and an arm chair, removed the legs off of the couch so they would'nt damage the walls. Top Notch!I am 100% satisfied with this company and the employees. I'm sorry I don't know their names but I hope their managers look into move I experienced. Thank you Thank you Thank you
First experience was great, so I used them again. Second experience was absolutely horrendous. Movers barely said hello to me, did not listen to me, actively ignored me when I spoke, did not wrap anything or put things where they belong; I hired movers and paid over $1200 because I physically cannot lift things, yet I still had to do majority of the work lifting and moving items myself after they left. They did not even put my large tv onto the tv stand and I had to have someone come assist me afterward. They were extremely careless with my home with floors and walls and doorways, and were rough with my belongings. The two movers wanted to do the job as quickly as possible, with no thought of being respectful. Damaged bed frame, broke two legs off my couch, damaged my dresser, my fireplace tv stand, and my previous landlords hardwood floors very badly, and left items behind. I could hear the two movers whispering inappropriately about how they had damaged something, but they never mentioned anything to me. I am still finding damages on my belongings as I unpack. I reached out to the company with my concerns and sent photos as requested, then the manager was to contact me, he did not. I reached out after another week, the receptionist said the manager likely forgot, then the manager called and blamed the receptionist saying she didn’t send him photos. He was not apologetic. He did not explain the process for the insurance I had purchased, he solely rambled on about how it wasn’t his fault he didn’t call me, then started inviting himself to my home to try to see if he could repair the damaged items himself. All around absolutely horrible experience. If I could give less than one star I would.
