Knoxville’s Two Men and a Truck are fantastic! We have used them three times for our daughter during her time here in Knoxville. The administration office (Elisabeth!!) made these moves run smoothly, and the gentlemen today who packed up the uhaul (TJ and Malcolm) were thorough and precise. I highly recommend this company!!
I was reading online how they charge by the hour plus travel time. When my mom called to get a price they told her they charge by the piece. At first they quoted her $4,800, they got it down to $2,100 because of her senior discount and military discount. When they called for the final item count they said that there was a few items that they wouldn't take not unless they charged and the price would have went back up to $3,200. So needless to say all of her stuff didn't get delivered to her moving area. She managed to work it out to where it costed her $2,500 which I think is overpriced. I called other areas and they charge by the hour plus gas and I have never heard of a moving company charging by piece. As far as my concerns they took my 81-year-old mother to the cleaners. People check around before you get involved with Two Men and a Truck. The two guys that did move her Daniel and Mark we're awesome and did a great job.
We recently partnered with this moving company during a major office transition, and the experience exceeded expectations at every level. As a tech company, we rely heavily on precision, timing, and care when handling sensitive equipment—and their team delivered flawlessly. From the initial planning phase with Cynthia to the final setup, communication was clear, proactive, and highly organized. Downtime was kept to an absolute minimum, which made a huge difference for our operations. The crew was efficient, respectful, and clearly experienced in handling complex business moves. Overall, this was one of the smoothest transitions we’ve had. If you’re a company looking for a reliable, tech-savvy moving partner, this team is a great choice.
Very reasonable pricing, efficiency and pleasant people! Had a couple of small issues with the move but was taken care of very well by Elisabeth Aguon! She handled everything very quick and professionally! Would recommend asking for her when you call for your moving quote!!
This was a local move. Out of an apartment and into a home. We had moved most of our items, but it was time to get some of the bigger, heavier furniture pieces and we definitely needed the help! The communication between myself and everyone at their office and the driver was great. Phil and Avante were the ones to move everything, and they were clean, courteous, and professional. The attention to detail was spot on, making sure everything was covered and secure! I really can't say enough on how great the guys were. Pricing was perfect, I didn't feel ripped off at all.One last note. It was tight for the guys to back up into our driveway so unfortunately, they did just run over a small area on my neighbor's front lawn. That being said, the company sent out Deontae just a couple of days later and he leveled out the area, seeded and covered in hay. Just awesome! I will use them again in the future if needed and I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for all your moving needs!!
