Had a very good experience with Jackson and Leo. They were both excellent movers and nice and respectful as well as professional and courteous. They both went out of their way to accommodate me and were attentive to my needs being an old guy. I had written a review but somehow it didn't post. November 28th through November 29th, Little Guys Mover helped me move from Houston, Texas to San Marcos, Texas. Throughout the entire process I was impressed with several things I witnessed. Communication was very good, giving great instructions, information and updates. My movers were Adam, Zack, Dee and Pedro. They were amazing. Truly hard workers. Positive and fun while getting the job done. So respectful of my things and to all who were there. Watching them interact with one another was such a joy to see.This is a great company with great people.
I hired Little Guys three movers showed up: Leo, Pedro, and Zack. From the start, Leo walked me through the contract, reviewed the inventory with me, and asked if there were any changes or additional details. She explained the final price clearly, and it matched my original quote exactly since nothing had changed.They protected the doorways, handled all of my belongings carefully, and I genuinely felt like they took great care of my stuff. Any notes I gave about boxes with fragile or breakable items were clearly communicated among all three of them, and they paid close attention to that throughout the move.They were professional the entire time, and honestly, pretty funny and enjoyable to watch work. The move itself was not overly complicated, but they did have to carry a large couch and a heavy steel table up three flights of tight stairs. They did it without hesitation, complaints, or missing a beat, even though it was clearly a difficult task.I would absolutely hire them again. If I owned a moving company, I would ask them to come work for me. Since I don’t, I’ll just make sure to hire them again next time.
