Their professionalism and knowledge of how to pack and move my antique dressers, mirrors, and upright piano, exceeded any moving company I have ever used.Nothing was broken or lost.The company representatives, who came before moving day, knew exactly what materials to order. Packers came the day before moving day, and expertly packed mirrors, etc.On moving day two trucks with four men arrived on time. I recently used Guardian Moving Systems of Nashville (Mayflower). During the move some valuable items were damaged. These guys have been non responsive and unprofessional. The original salesperson Ed Watson won’t return phone calls. Even the moving coordinator Sue Luebeck has not responded. I would be very careful about using this company for any moves that require anything other than a “throw and go”.
I had the pleasure of having Guardian Moving Systems move me on a holiday weekend. Deno, William & Alvarez was all very professional and efficient. They moved me out of my storage into my home in 3 1/2 hours. I had a 4-bedroom home in storage, and they got me out of it and into my home quickly. Owen and His team are just simply the best! From the cost, to the service, to the communication, and then closing the complete move - they were with my family the entire way!
