I wish I could give this company a Zero. They were unprepared when picking up our items and damaged a lot of our furniture. They delivered items on two different trucks, weeks apart. The worst part is they shattered a lot of our glass and lost boxes with family pictures and items that can't be replaced. I have reached out to managers and even the CEO on Linkedin and they just don't care. I am just told to "file a claim" which has taken additional weeks and time and is still unresolved. I have never had a moving experience this poor. I chose them because I trusted them for a solid cross country move and I was given false information throughout the process. Do not trust them with your move!
I hired Mayflower for my move from TN to AZ. I chose Mayflower because I had a positive experience with them on a previous move. However, Mayflower is only as good as its agents across the country. This agent, Armstrong, in LaVerne, TN, has provided me the worst experience in terms of damage to my household goods. It seems that the loading team just didn't care about the proper loading of the goods which has resulted in extensive damage to dinning room furnishings, 2 month old refrigirstor, bar stools and many other items. The "load master" in this case is not much of a master. I would warn anyone using this company for its moving needs!
Well, I can say that hands down choosing Armstrong was one of the best decisions we’ve made! Their service was first class, starting with Ray coming to the house and walking us through exactly what the process would look like. The communication and level of customer service that Cris H provided was above and beyond.The packing crew communicated to let us know when to expect them and shared their plan for the day of packing- it went exactly how they said it would. And finally, Mike the driver could not have been more professional. He and the load crew that he chose were a well-oiled machine, plus they were so fun which certainly helped on what could’ve been an emotional/ stressful day! Not to mention how efficient they were. Then Mike and the truck were at the new house exactly when he told us he would be here!!

Armstrong moving company was absolutely amazing and efficient. Kyle and Mike were great and accommodating, as well as the other two crew members each day of the move. They moved everything way under the quoted hours and even helped load up our vehicles with the "random" stuff that does not go on the truck. Not that I want to move again anytime soon, but I would highly recommend and use them again.
