United van lines seem a decent moving company as everything being said before the move sounds great and thoughtful (this is the reason for the 2 star). If everything is done correctly, it would be a stress free experience. However, the training, professionalism, and/or work ethic of some of the employees in their agent, Browning, is questionable, making the whole experience very disappointing. Here are just three of the examples: 1. We were told that it was a full service move and someone will come pick up the boxes after the move. KXXXlyn and PXm did not return calls and emails when we made the request (obviously after taking full payment). The boxes have laid on the driveway for weeks, I am sure our driveway is now stained. 2. Two of the movers at the origin asked about "big tips" mid way during packing and loading day, well before they finish the work (they were offered lunch and drinks through the day). One of the movers (a different group of movers) at the destination asked about tips the moment they stepped into our house, before they even started any work. 3. We told the movers not to pack pool supplies (our new home does not even have a pool), gas-power tools and some other items. Those were brought to our destination anyway. My guess is that the movers did not communicate with each other at all or they forgot about what they were told. It seemed each has to be followed closely by a dedicated family member to avoid this?
Enoch Sr, Enoch Jr and Jaylen were fantastic. They arrived on time and were incredibly kind and personable. They took extra care of my items and packed everything in an organized fashion. In all the times I have moved they were the best I’ve encountered with their strength, swiftness and professionalism.
Que and Chris did an incredible job with our move! They work well together, and were careful with our things and were cheerful the entire time. They were able to load our entire house in a day and deliver the next day. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Browning Moving!
Had a phenomenal move experience with Browning Moving and Storage (United). This is our 8th move in 25 years and this was by far the smoothest and efficient move from start to finish.Browning/United was not the least nor most expensive; however, they were the most comprehensive, transparent and thorough in their contract to move.First - the estimate was done in person and not virtual. Mike did a phenomenal and professional job documenting total and ensuring to communicate all details about the move. He was response and answering questions.Second - the packing and loading team did a phenomenal job. The packing team was careful and also incredibly efficient. The loading team proactively brought a second truck to load given street space - forward thinking. Kudos to their loading teamThird - the unloading team did an efficient job and worked incredibly diligently and careful in unloading and assembling itemsLastly, Kaitlyn did a fabulous job quarterbacking the logistics and communicating. She was timely on responsive and always thorough in responses. Great team - and even better people!
Truly outstanding experience! We have had horrible experiences with moving companies in the past but this was a completely opposite experience.Que and Chris were absolutely AMAZING and their employees were all great. Everyone was professional, friendly and most important, extremely hard working. They were very efficient and their attention to make sure they did not damage anything was top-notch! We cannot thank them enough. We would recommend them and use them again (if needed), without a doubt. We truly enjoyed working with them and wish them nothing but the best in the future!
