I recently moved from Westlake, Ohio and hired ASAP Moving to help load my truck for a long-distance move. I scheduled the job about 10 days in advance, and the team showed up exactly on time as agreed, which I really appreciated.The two movers were very nice, respectful, and hardworking young guys. They did not rush at all, took their time to load everything properly, and handled my belongings with great care. The truck was loaded efficiently and safely, which gave me real peace of mind.They were kind, professional, and truly did an excellent job. ASAP moving exceeded our expectations. We moved to Ohio 1 year ago from out of state and had our stuff in storage while we house hunted and ended up building a new house. We had movers in Colorado, movers when we arrived (into the storage unit in Ohio) and just two days ago, ASAP moving to empty the storage unit into our new home. We had an arrival window of 9-11am, but around 10 am they called to say they had truck issues and couldn’t get a rental until 11:30. We assumed our day was doomed. We had booked 4 movers, but due to the late start, they added a 5th. They arrived at noon and by 2pm had our entire 10x20x8 storage unit (that was filled to the brim) wrapped, packed and arriving at our new house. They wasted no time and were immediately in the new space protecting the floors (both wood and carpet) so as to not cause any damage. They had us all moved in without any issues, and we were paid up and in our new house by 4:15. (Bonus/ they took Apple Pay). My husband and I were honestly shocked with the efficiency. Would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs their stuff moved quickly and carefully.
