Do not hire this company to move your belongings. The movers will steal your boxes. I have reached out several times to get the issue resolved. I finally was able to speak with someone by the name of Mac. Who is very disrespectful and rude. I was asked to prove that the boxes was stolen. Very bad business.

If you're like me, you're probably reading this because you're moving and looking for the best movers for you and your situation. You're reading as many reviews as you can hoping to make an overwhelming, worrisome situation just a little bit easier. So my situation may be different from yours, for context my fiance and I needed to drive 1500 miles from California to Texas. We needed someone to load an entire house in a 26' truck. Like most of you have or are in the process of doing I fielded many offers from different companies and I got in contact with Lee from Speedwell. He gave me an excellent offer but what sold me was how we was extremely open and honest and he didn't mind answering all the questions I had because I just like to know what the process will be. We agreed on a time and a day and the move began.

Phase one:
The day of the move Lee and his team consisting of Billy, Josh and Patrick arrived on time. Immediately they got to work. The one thing I liked about Lee and the movers is they were very honest and kept me and my fiance involved. They gave us suggestions and advice. They were very efficient. When they loaded the first room and secured it my fiance was amazed how little room they used for so many items. She was worried the truck wouldn't be big enough to carry all her stuff but when she saw that she smiled and I think it was then that she realized it was going to happen. The entire team worked extremely well together. Each member had their role and worked efficiently. They disassembled a lot of things and were able to occupy every nook and cranny within the truck. They arranged things in ways I never thought possible. These people have a vision and are very good at what they do. They finished well within the time frame Lee had suggested. All of the time I can't stress how much I appreciated them communicating with my fiance and I asking us questions that would benefit us. They never assumed anything. All in all they were able to fit everything from the house into the truck with room to spare.

Phase two:
Sure, they could pack everything in a truck, but could it withstand a 1500 mile drive? I told my fiance it's very possible some stuff breaks and to not be upset if it did. We drove the truck and because we're not professionals we may have took turns a little too fast, hit pot holes we couldn't avoid, broke too hard, you know, the things amateurs like me would do. In fact I didn't even want to check on the stuff during the drive. I feared I would open the back door and everything would fall out. Well, when we got to the new house and opened the door, nothing moved and if it did you couldn't even tell. They did a great job. I was beyond impressed. I was truly amazed. I was sure stuff would be all over the place but it wasn't, it safe and secure exactly where it was when we left.

Phase three:
Even though they loaded it, we still needed to be able to unload it. So if it was packed in such a way that made it hard to unload it would be more work. Well, no surprise it was easy to unload. Lee and his crew did an outstanding job. We hired movers to help us unload and they said this was one of the best loading jobs they'd seen. They were impressed how secure and organized everything was. This allowed the unloading crew to finish much faster than they anticipated. All in all Lee and his crew made a very stressful situation so much easier to bear. My fiance was feeling the stress more than me so she's extremely appreciative. The amount of professionalism, honesty, respect, integrity and work ethic each member displayed is truly admirable. It's so hard to find honest hard working people sometimes but I've at least found four more with Lee, Patrick, Billy and Josh. Thank you all.
