The move went well, very professional, courteous, and helpful during a stressful time. I would give 5 stars except that our 65” Smart TV was damaged during transport beyond repair. 2500$ to replace and we did . The owner states that his business insurance will not cover electronics damage. He says when booking services the dispatcher “try’s” to offer a non-reusable foam plus box for packing at an $80 cost for an XL TV. This was not offered, assuredly as I would have taken the offer.Dont ASSUME your very expensive Smart TV is covered by their business insurance if damaged.Get the 80$ special box. Ask for it.
They arrived bright and early 2 days in a row. The first day things were carefully packed and the second moved. They carefully moved things out of the old house into and out of the truck and into the new condo. They worked quickly and efficiently. All employees were friendly. Would definitely recommend Paul's Moving. The cost was also reasonable.
Paul’s moving was just amazing. After having a terrible experience in the past I was super anxious about having a bad move again. I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. The guys showed up on time and they were so extra careful! They rolled out mats to protect my carpets and floors. They carefully wrapped all my furniture. They brought wardrobe boxes and packed all my small items so to not waste time taking 100 trips up and down. These guys worked so hard and never complained once! I had to remind them to take a break! They went above and beyond what I expected, even helping me move a fireplace in my new place into the garage! I can’t thank you guys enough! I will be using Paul’s again in the future for sure! Worth every penny!
Jesse, Tim, and Dan were superb in their work...handling, speed, and efficiency. They moved the usual furniture, much of it from the second floor that required a 90° turn half way down the stairs. With dressers, computer cabinet, etc, they left no marks on the walls. They wrapped everything with padded blankets. It was a real treat watching them load the entire household in under 4hrs, then move it all into the new house in about 3 hrs. We highly recommend them if you're looking for a hassle free move.
Where do I begin...This our 3rd experience with this company:) We have had nothing but excellent service each and every time!!! Paul’s Moving staff has always been punctual, fast, strong,reliable and very pleasant guys to have around.They truly know what they are doing! They used protective floor Matt’s to protect our floors. Even with their speed they did not make a single mark on any walls, floors or doors:) We are truly grateful for their services especially yesterday... they went out of their way to help us get things moved out of our yard that they ended up getting all dirty and battling the wet weather for us, which they did not need to do, however we are extremely grateful for their extended efforts to help us.We would not hesitate what so ever to recommendPaul’s Moving to anyone...if we could give 10 stars we could!Very Happy Customers:)
