Did a move with Simple Moves yesterday and would not recommend their service. My furniture got bashed up pretty good one dresser has 2 drawers not even useable as it got smashed up. There was also plenty of cosmetic scratches and abrasions to some of my nicer pieces. Approached them about some type of recourse and was told by their hands are tied and there is nothing they could do to compensate the damage. Personally I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.
We were entirely happy all round. We had an inter-city move. They gave a firm price and were completely responsive and accommodating when we needed to adjust some dates. Absolutely professional and efficient. Kept us up to date at all key points. Didn't eliminate all the stress of the move for us, but they did reduce it by a tremendous amount. The moving team was perfect and very professional and I was really impressed that they wrapped every single piece of furniture (as my household goes in storage fire Moved Great Job, calm and efficient workers - if you need help to move use them.
We had a 2 day move with 3 separate crews. It all started with their sales manager going above and beyond to help set up our move. He made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of the move and that we had great communication. The day of the move the crew showed up on time and ready to work.We chose to have the packing package and it was definitely the right decision for our family. Our move was a large process.The staff that worked on our move were amazing, very professional and polite, they worked efficiently, but with care, and they took extra care with our family special items.I would highly recommend Simple Moves for your next move.
