Was quoted $490. They tried charging me $891 for two bedrooms. They were here for two hours Saran wrapping wood. They arrived two hours late. They shrink wrapped things that had no business in being shrink wrapped. After two hours the truck wasn’t even opened. All my stuff was still in my house. Horrible company. I have posted the “work” they did in the two hours in videos provided. Do not use this company.
Awesome experience with Kingsley Moving System LLC! They helped us move within the state (approximately an hour drive), and were professional, courteous, responsive to requests, and in good spirits throughout. The price was very reasonable and I thought the value of what we received was ultimately exceptional. The communication from Kingsley was excellent throughout, and we were well informed leading up to the moving day, understood how we could be best prepared, and the day was accomplished smoothly. I would absolutely go with them again.

They were super friendly, incredibly helpful, and handled everything with great care—no damages, no issues, just smooth sailing from start to finish. I had such a great experience with Kingsley Moving Systems! I needed a Sunday move in early August and was surprised at how hard it was to find companies even open that day (and I know it was even tougher as August is peak moving season). I called on a Wednesday and they were able to book me in without issue.The quoted price was already significantly cheaper than other companies, and the final cost ended up being even less—nearly cut in half compared to alternatives!Gary and Caleb were the movers who helped me, and they were absolutely fantastic: super friendly, warm, punctual, and fast. They were right on time and communicated clearly throughout the process, which gave me so much peace of mind. They asked all the right questions about my layout, adjusted quickly, and kept everything running smoothly. I never thought moving could feel so quick, easy, and stress-free.Kingsley Moving Systems was wonderful to work with from start to finish. If you value your belongings, DO NOT USE KINGSLEY MOVING SYSTEMS LLC.I am not a person to generally write reviews, but I don’t want what happened to us to happen to anyone else. I booked Kingsley to pack a UPack truck. The owner came out to look at my belongings and give me an estimate. While it was made clear, it’s hard to estimate the job, it was clearly way underestimated. For my three bedroom home with an office and full finished basement, 2 people were sent and were scheduled for just the morning. Be aware that I got rid of a lot of things before they ever came to move us. So I had much less than they saw for the estimate. I was promised that my items would be wrapped in provided plastic. I was told by the owner and the person who booked, that if I had blankets (which I had plenty available), I would not need to purchase pads. Not only did they not use the blankets, they didn’t even wrap with plastic. The only time plastic was used was if there was a drawer or door to hold shut. They just tossed everything in the truck and stacked things on top of my furniture. My couch wasn’t even wrapped in plastic. Just tossed in the truck. Almost all of my furniture is dented and scratched. My couch is marked, torn and stained. Even my box that was marked, China and very Fragile was packed upside down in the truck. There was no care in packing my items at all. There were not enough people, they were not given enough time and they were rushed to get the job done. In doing that, my belongings were damaged. As recommended, I did purchase additional coverage through Statefarm, but that doesn’t cover negligence of the packers. Kingsley has stated that they are not responsible after the truck is packed. I have also requested a refund for the job I paid for, that was not done as promised. I hired them to pack my truck carefully, wrapping my items so they were not damaged. They are refusing to refund me and in the last message from them, asked that I don’t contact them again regarding this matter. Kingsley moving is not a good company, in fact they take your money, damage your belongings and refuse to even discuss the matter with you. I did not get what I paid for and a refund for this lack of service is the least Kingsley should do. All in all, I hope this review saves a few people from going through what we are going through. Kingsley was a horrible company to deal with and made for a terrible and stressful move for us. I have attached just a few pictures of their unprofessional work.
