From the initial visit and bid, through the moving prep help from Annmarie, the frequent contact, packing day with Eric and Dan, and moving day with Eric, Dillon, and Roy - everything was first rate. Packers were trained. Movers protected our house and possessions. Move was efficient and friendly. Would definitely use Morse again.
Annmarie was a great coordinator and met with us several times before during and after our move. Chris and his crew were fast, careful, and easy to work with. Also they had the cheapest rates of 4 different movers I quoted in the Lansing area.
Every person who makes up their organization was top notch. To a person,each one was friendly, supportive, helpful, and qualified to do their job. I would hire them again. All aspects were well coordinated; Dawn & Annemarie did the initial work of listing all items & felt like sisters; Kyle & his sidekick, the actual movers, were so carefulwith packing & transporting my furnishings& household items. They packed & drove to my new house earlier than promised so that I would have a bed set up to sleep in the first night in my new house.They were both so kind & caring that I felt they were family. I will never forget them.They went above & beyond the call of duty.I am 83 years old & they treated me like aqueen!! They are both wonderful men & experienced long haul movers.I thought the cost was very fair & was less than I anticipated.
Morse Moving was incredible, their drivers coming in from over an hour away to spend two long days packing everything in my parents' house, up and down stairs (two storeys, plus a set of seven steps in the front), backing their truck three times down a driveway that's too narrow and is a city block long. OK, so that's their job. But I've used professional movers three times in two states, helped friends with their professional move a good three or four times, and I have never seen such precision moving. The team of Eric, Dylan and Mike packed everything beautifully, nothing broken or bent, every box marked clearly, and every step of the process was patiently explained to me and my very confused folks. The company's communication is fantastic. I was organizing this middle Michigan move from Minneapolis, and the salesman, Ben, and the rep at the office, Annmarie, checked on the progress of the move repeatedly--Ben actually stopped by, Annmarie called every day and asked if I needed more conversation. Seriously, this was a really incredible experience. Extremely professional, precise, and efficient, my only beef is that they don't work in Minnesota, where I live. Eric and his crew moved us twice, my workshop last winter and now our house furniture yesterday. The whole experience was fast, professional and exactly on time. Annmarie was our coordinator and was in constant communication and above all the price was very reasonable.
