Delivered an entire set of appliances and just left them in the alley behind the delivery address. Pallets under the stove and refrigerator were completely destroyed making it essentially impossible to move them elsewhere. Clearly didn’t care one bit and were unwilling to fix the problem. Was trying to contact this company by phone about changing delivery time. Was ran around by other support reps and given the wrong number twice, left a voicemail, sent an email, still with no answer. Finally I got ahold of an employee in Laramie and they told me, “I wish I would have known earlier it already went out on the truck, I’ll do what I can”. I had been calling their location for an hour previous to that with zero answer and only a voicemail. They took no call back number or name to verify with me if the changes have been made or not. Very disappointed in how they have handled a customer issue.
